This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls for specific industry accounts.

• Assist with additional accounts during peak times as required.

• Adhere to call scripts and follow industry-specific protocols while addressing caller inquiries.

• Conduct lead intakes, collect information, and document relevant details.

• Arrange appointments and direct calls to the appropriate contacts.

• Accurately and efficiently relay messages.

• Navigate various systems while maintaining comprehensive call documentation.

• Deliver customer service with understanding and patience.

• Offer support through live chat, SMS, and email channels.
