• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls with warmth and accuracy.

• Adhere to call scripts and industry-specific protocols while actively listening to and addressing the needs of callers.

• Conduct lead intakes, collect information, and accurately document details.

• Organize appointments and transfer calls to the relevant contacts.

• Effectively and accurately dispatch messages.

• Navigate various systems while maintaining comprehensive call documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and patience.

• Provide support via live chat, SMS, and email.

• Assist with overflow support for other accounts as required.
