This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a proactive intermediary between producers, their uplines, and third-party administrators.
• Address annuity new business service inquiries and gather outstanding requirements for applications that are not in proper order.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage multiple queues as necessary.
• Collaborate with Commissions Contracting & Licensing, Legal, and other departments.
• Meet the necessary transaction quality performance standards.
• Research, track documents, and resolve service-related issues.
• Keep producers and uplines updated on product and processing guidelines.
• Assist producers with software usage and online initiatives.
• Address moderate to complex sales and operational inquiries concerning product clarifications and pending new business.
• Comply with sales and product compliance policies as well as legal regulations.
• Evaluate and monitor processes, identify areas for improvement, and reduce operational waste.
• Execute other assigned tasks, duties, and projects.
• Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Experience in a service center, sales support team, or other related industry roles is preferred.
• Successful completion of Life insurance-related education, such as LOMA or CLU coursework, is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of F&G's structure and its products/service offerings.
• Fundamental awareness and understanding of digital techniques, methods, and tools.
• Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and manage workload effectively.
• Understanding of basic data concepts.
• Awareness of risk and comprehension of risk mitigation strategies.
• Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
• Minimal travel is required (less than 10%).
