Anaplan Model Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and develop a new Anaplan model for IIT Budgeting and Forecasting, adhering to Anaplan best practices.

• Establish architecture and application design with a significant emphasis on user experience for IIT stakeholders.

• Provide consistent progress updates and promptly alert the Product Owner and Proxy PO as needed.

• Facilitate UAT sessions with business teams, collect feedback, and swiftly modify the application based on requirements.

• Collaborate closely with IIT Product Owners and business teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.

• Assist in transitioning from the Excel-based budgeting process to a collaborative, scalable Anaplan solution.

• Support enhanced visibility, multi-user collaboration, financial controls, dashboards, governance, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Anaplan Certifications: Level 1 and Level 2 (essential).

• Level 3 / Solution Architect certification (highly preferred).

• Extensive experience in Anaplan architecture and model building.

• Capability to design user-friendly UX for end users and maintain data integrity.

• Strong grasp of budgeting and forecasting processes, including employee costs, contractor costs, software and maintenance costs, and other IIT expenses.

• Proficient in business process understanding and requirements gathering.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with agile methodology and experience using Jira is advantageous.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Proficiency in French would be a plus.

• High level of autonomy and ownership.

• Proactive, motivated, and solution-driven.

• Comfortable engaging with IT and business stakeholders.

• Capable of leading small functional workshops and UAT sessions.

• Experience with financial planning and performance management tools is a bonus.
