Analytics Manager – Strategic Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for comprehensive category insights support for major Strategic Account chains.

• Create and implement insight-driven strategies to achieve sales volume and profit goals.

• Drive analytical and strategic collaboration with senior sales executives, sales leads, distributor partners, and relevant retail buyers.

• Generate and present insights, analyses, and category reviews.

• Evaluate performance, pinpoint opportunities, and offer actionable recommendations.

• Utilize syndicated, retailer loyalty, and internal data to produce shopper and business insights.

• Design, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics.

• Assess and measure the impact of key initiatives and refine strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with sales leadership on growth opportunities related to innovation, assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotions.

• Assist in category reviews, new item and program meetings, business planning, and ad hoc analyses.

• Work alongside Sales and Business Intelligence, traveling as required for customer engagement and business priorities.

• Establish consultative relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and execution.

• Partner with Sales, BI, and Marketing to develop integrated solutions.

• Identify risks and opportunities, communicating the implications and recommended actions.

• Act as a trusted advisor, bringing innovative ideas to foster growth.

• Enhance processes, improve methods of working, and boost team effectiveness.

• Build capabilities and disseminate best practices.

• Offer flexible support across additional customers or categories as business requirements evolve.


⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree is mandatory.

• 5-10 years of relevant business experience in the CPG industry, with a supplier, retailer, or distributor.

• Experience in beverage alcohol is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Retailer POS, Syndicated and Panel data, Retail Link, Microsoft Excel, Nielsen, and/or Circana.

• Competence in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal capabilities.

• A solid team-oriented mindset.

• Creative thinking skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas and solutions effectively.
