Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Gather and synthesize intricate data from various sources to create detailed reports and insights.

• Prioritize and drive the completion of new reporting requirements by evaluating business needs and coordinating efforts across departments.

• Identify and relay essential insights from reports and analyses to guide leadership decisions.

• Actively enhance reporting and analytics processes through collaboration across functions and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Conduct in-depth ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting while serving as a subject-matter expert.

• Offer guidance and support to junior staff or assume a team lead role to promote knowledge sharing and project execution.

• Execute other tasks and projects as assigned by business management.

• Design and generate both standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.

• Collect and document reporting requirements and draft specifications.

• Utilize reporting tools to create and adjust reports according to changing needs.

• Validate and test reports to ensure accuracy and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of relevant work experience OR a combination of education and experience considered equivalent.

• Acceptable fields of study include Business, Finance, Information Management, or a related discipline.

• 4-7 years of experience in data mining and report development using various reporting and analytics software packages.

• Strong ability to learn new reporting software packages.
