This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and strategize large-scale digital analytics implementations for clients utilizing platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
• Conduct audits of implementations, pinpoint technical or configuration issues, and propose viable solutions.
• Develop measurement frameworks aligned with business outcomes and nonlinear customer journeys.
• Implement analytics and marketing tags via Tag Management Systems.
• Collaborate with developers, IT, clients, SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams.
• Create technical documentation for team members, clients, and developers.
• Formulate and operationalize GEO measurement strategies across AI-driven search experiences.
• Define hypotheses, testing methodologies, success metrics, and assess causal relationships.
• Differentiate between correlation and incrementality using experimental design and analytical rigor.
• Present findings, recommendations, experimental outcomes, and strategic insights to clients and executive stakeholders.
• Independently oversee analytics workstreams across various client engagements.
• Manage client-facing deliverables from data extraction to presentation.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows, automations, scalable systems, dashboards, or tools.
• Lead discussions on client measurement strategies and assist with GEO Test & Learn initiatives.
• Expertise in advanced analytics implementation, encompassing behavioral tracking, ecommerce measurement, experimentation frameworks, and business outcome measurement.
• Proficiency in aggregating data and constructing dashboards in LookerStudio, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Comfortable engaging in discussions about incrementality, lift analysis, holdout methodologies, and causal inference concepts.
• Daily experience with AI tools, particularly Claude.
• Ability to create prompts, workflows, agents, and repeatable systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing workload and deadlines in Wrike.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and their influence on discoverability, customer behavior, and digital measurement.
• Capability to mentor teammates and enhance data literacy and analytics skills.
• Experience with Python, R, or data transformation workflows (bonus).
• Initial exposure to GEO, LLM visibility tracking, or AI search measurement (bonus).
• Experience in building automations, AI workflows, agents, or internal tools (bonus).
• Background in a consulting or agency setting (bonus).
