Analytics & Finance Manager – International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead the analytics for Grüns’ global operations while acting as a reliable partner to international leadership.

• Recognize business challenges and avenues for growth, utilizing data to provide strategic and tactical recommendations.

• Employ structured problem-solving methodologies; formulate hypotheses, conduct tests and analyses; oversee implementation efforts; and develop monitoring plans.

• Construct, navigate, and manipulate extensive datasets using advanced SQL.

• Create and sustain financial models that forecast the impacts of strategies, opportunities, and risks.

• Evaluate performance against established expectations.

• Design and manage long-term BI dashboards.

• Convert complex analyses into clear, concise presentations suitable for executives.

• Independently address ambiguous, cross-functional issues from start to finish with minimal direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative or computational discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics within corporate settings, consulting, or investment banking.

• High level of proficiency in Excel.

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to prepare executive presentations.

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with Looker Dashboards is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with R and Python is preferred.

• Understanding of how to present international figures within the context of a US company expanding globally.

• Outstanding communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
