This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, update, and sustain dashboards and reporting in Looker, which includes LookML development for both new and existing explores and dashboards.
• Assist the Senior Analytics Engineer with ad hoc analyses and forecasting tasks.
• Organize and maintain the LookML/GitHub codebase.
• Oversee the sales pacing methodology, including ongoing manual inputs and refreshes across various channels.
• Manage daily Data QA/UAT with the data vendor providing managed services.
• Address board data requests and send recurring reports to external partners.
• Coordinate the bi-weekly agenda for external vendors and monitor the health of workflows.
• Aid in quarterly planning and OKR preparation, including the creation of materials.
• Ensure the continuity of recurring data operations and uphold the existing Looker/LookML infrastructure during the maternity leave of the Director of Data Management & Analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within DTC, eCommerce, or CPG sectors.
• Practical experience in LookML and Looker development (explores, views, derived tables).
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with Snowflake/Looker.
• Experience in managing external data vendors and resolving data discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control.
• Excellent documentation skills, capable of producing clear reference and handoff materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively navigate ambiguity in a lean data team.
• Availability for 40 hours a week from December 2026 through May 2027.
• Working knowledge of Python and Hex (or a similar notebook tool).
• Familiarity with statistics and forecasting/modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of Notion and AI tools, such as Claude.
