Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Convert data into actionable insights that enhance business decision-making.

• Conduct regular reporting as well as ad hoc analysis.

• Assist in measurement, dashboard creation, and reporting efforts.

• Analyze data and document sources, business logic, assumptions, and reporting requirements.

• Present findings through written summaries, presentations, and visual representations.

• Transform stakeholder inquiries into analytical strategies, hypotheses, metrics, and recommendations.

• Create and sustain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visual displays.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and automation to boost efficiency and insight generation.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior members.

• Gradually develop business acumen, consulting skills, and stakeholder management abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of applicable professional experience in a data analyst or consulting position.

• Experience in a contact center or healthcare setting is advantageous.

• Proficient in advanced SQL, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex aggregations.

• Familiarity with large-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake.

• Experience utilizing BI and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Comfortable addressing ambiguous business questions and independently determining the best analytical approach.

• Actively explores emerging AI and automation technologies.

• Capable of identifying underlying issues and opportunities beyond the immediate request.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret analytical results and convert data into insights.

• Understanding of statistical concepts such as significance testing and sampling.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to work primarily during US business hours.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
