Analytics and Network Automation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses related to traffic, mobility, roaming, devices, quality of experience (QoE), and customer satisfaction.

• Create strategic dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Streamline and automate routine engineering processes.

• Design and implement data ingestion and processing pipelines.

• Consolidate data from various sources, including network, market, regulatory, and customer experience data.

• Generate statistical and predictive analyses.

• Assist in Engineering’s digital transformation efforts.

• Provide insights for network investment, quality enhancement, and capacity planning decisions.

• Analyze complex scenarios and synthesize information from diverse sources.

• Communicate findings to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate with teams in Planning, Optimization, Operations, IT, and other internal departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Applied Mathematics.

• A graduate degree in Analytics, Data Science, Telecommunications, or Artificial Intelligence is preferred.

• Fundamental understanding of or experience with a telecommunications operator.

• Basic knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile networks.

• Familiarity with mobile network KPIs.

• Understanding of voice and data traffic.

• Awareness of mobility concepts.

• Knowledge of QoE (Quality of Experience) principles.

• Insight into roaming practices.

• Familiarity with coverage and capacity considerations.

• Understanding of mobile devices.

• Knowledge of ANATEL concepts and quality metrics.

• Proficiency in SQL, Applied Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI) and Visualization tools, Power BI or Tableau, executive dashboards, dimensional modeling, and storytelling.

• Preferred knowledge of APIs, systems integration, data pipelines, process scheduling, Git, and cloud computing environments.

• Ability to interpret complex scenarios and integrate information from various sources.

• Capability to identify new data sources, methodologies, and opportunities for automation.

• Skill in explaining analyses to both technical and executive audiences.

• Recognition that analysis should lead to actionable insights and results.

• Competence in managing multiple recurring deliverables and projects concurrently.

• Ability to recognize opportunities without solely depending on directives.

• Capacity to collaborate with teams in Planning, Optimization, Operations, IT, and other internal departments.
