Analytics Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve issues related to tracking implementations across GA4, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager utilizing dataLayer, cookies, session storage, and browser developer tools.

• Uphold established tracking standards on both new and existing pages, ensuring the correct UTM structure for effective campaign tracking.

• Confirm that experiments have the necessary tracking in place prior to their launch.

• Develop and sustain recurring dashboards and reports for stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business, marketing, and product-related decisions.

• Quality assurance of analytics data, identifying discrepancies in tracking, and reporting issues to the relevant teams.

• Assist in maintaining the analytics framework for Homera Health’s brands and digital assets.

• Spot opportunities to enhance tracking processes, data integrity, reporting, and analytics workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an analytics or web analytics role, preferably in a marketing or growth-oriented context.

• Familiarity with essential campaign concepts and terminology such as UTMs, conversion windows, channel attribution, CTAs, CTRs, etc.

• Comprehension of fundamental analytics principles — users, sessions, events, properties, dimensions, and metrics — and their interrelations within a tracking system.

• Knowledge of dataLayers and their significance in analytics; experience with cookies and session storage; hands-on experience in troubleshooting tracking issues in a live analytics environment.

• Advanced practical experience with GA4.

• Ability to manage daily project and ClickUp deliverables while receiving strategic direction from the team.

• Open to acquiring new tools and skills as the project progresses.

• Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Familiarity with Mixpanel or another product analytics platform.

• Comfortable with subscription and product metrics such as adoption, retention, churn, MRR, etc.

• Knowledge of Chrome DevTools, CSS selectors, and basic HTML structure.

• Previous experience with SQL or a genuine desire to learn it.

• Experience using AI tools in everyday analytics tasks; familiarity with AI-driven analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, or workflow automation is a definite advantage.
