• Act as a strategic analytical partner to business leadership.
• Convert internal performance metrics, operational data, external market intelligence, and AI-driven research into actionable business insights.
• Oversee and maintain business performance scorecards and KPI reporting processes.
• Manage metric definitions, validate data quality, and ensure reporting governance.
• Provide monthly updates on scorecards, including performance narratives, business context, and recommendations.
• Track business performance trends and analyze significant changes.
• Determine root causes, business implications, market opportunities, business risks, whitespace opportunities, and growth trends.
• Transform data findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Conduct research utilizing public, licensed, and industry data sources.
• Create executive-ready summaries that emphasize critical insights and recommendations.
• Utilize approved AI tools for research, monitoring, data synthesis, and reporting.
• Establish repeatable analytical workflows for scorecards, alerts, watchlists, and intelligence gathering.
• Confirm AI-generated insights through human review and analysis.
• Act as the primary analytical consultant for designated business verticals.
• Assist with daily analytical requests and facilitate rapid insight generation.
• Manage the intake, prioritization, and backlog of analytical needs.
• Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, business intelligence, and technical teams on complex analytical initiatives.
• Coordinate larger projects requiring advanced analytical expertise.
• Convert business inquiries into structured analytical projects and solutions.
• Contribute to scalable analytical products, reporting solutions, and reusable insights.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, market intelligence, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying trends, root causes, and business implications.
• Experience with large datasets and the capability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analytical findings effectively to business stakeholders and leaders.
• Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence activities.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, supply chain, or technology-related sectors.
• Knowledge of data center, project-based, or large-scale infrastructure markets.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI and generative AI tools for research, monitoring, workflow automation, and insight generation.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools.
• Experience with predictive analytics, advanced statistical methods, or business forecasting.
• Background in management consulting, strategy consulting, competitive intelligence, or market research.
• Experience collaborating with external data providers, market intelligence platforms, and industry research tools.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and analytics best practices.
• Proven track record of building scalable reporting processes, dashboards, analytical products, or automated workflows.
