This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
β’ Deliver technical, client, and business-line support for the Americas region as well as the global business line.
β’ Assist in technical services, strategizing, new product development, global processes, capacity planning, and technical governance.
β’ Identify prospects for new products and revenue through service expansion, development efforts, and customer inquiries.
β’ Oversee, develop, and manage the technical facets of regulatory-related services for customers in the Americas on a global scale.
β’ Offer technical opinions, interpretations, and recommendations to clients and colleagues.
β’ Maintain and enhance quality systems and technical service processes.
β’ Address technical inquiries via the Tech Inquiry Mailbox.
β’ Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), methods, work instructions, and standard interpretation practices.
β’ Develop and facilitate technical training for both internal and external audiences.
β’ Keep track of regulations and industry standards, updating or creating testing methodologies as necessary.
β’ Resolve technical challenges across regional sites and during client engagements.
β’ Enhance client satisfaction in collaboration with Lab Managers, Directors, and Business Development teams.
β’ Provide regulatory interpretations and support the sales of knowledge products.
β’ Cultivate relationships with industry and multistakeholder organizations, governmental agencies, and clients.
β’ Create technical marketing content, assist with RFPs, and integrate new services.
β’ Lead the implementation of new, repackaged, and extended technical services.
β’ Ensure the accuracy and consistency of testing methods while adhering to global testing methodologies throughout the Americas.
β’ Oversee audits and correlation programs, assist in complaint investigations, and align testing capacity with sales and marketing strategies.
β’ A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in customer services and/or direct customer interaction is necessary.
β’ 2β3 years of relevant experience in the assigned service line or related discipline is required.
β’ More than 10 years of pertinent experience in the assigned service line or related discipline is needed.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, product development, or business development is required.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of Analytical Chemistry concepts, processes, and equipment is essential.
β’ Ability to interpret regulations and standards is necessary.
β’ Strong mathematical skills and a working knowledge of statistical procedures are required.
β’ Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and statistical software packages is expected.
β’ Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and equipment is advantageous.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities, are required.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20% within the USA, with limited international travel, is necessary.
