Analyst/Developer, Low-Level Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance Java web and desktop applications

• Upgrade and modernize legacy systems

• Create and utilize REST APIs and SOAP services

• Engage in Sprints utilizing agile methodologies

• Implement automated testing and ensure delivery quality

• Participate in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes

• Collaborate with relational databases and optimize SQL queries

• Assist in technical analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design

• Support efforts to transition monolithic applications to modern architectures

• Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, integration, and modernization of critical corporate systems

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Java development

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with a postgraduate qualification in IT

• Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE

• Familiarity with Spring Framework, Quarkus, JPA, JSF, JMS, REST, and SQL

• Understanding of Angular (AngularJS and Angular 5+), JavaScript / ECMAScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery for Full Stack profiles

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, and Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with JUnit, Selenium, and JMeter

• Experience with relational databases

• Familiarity with WebSphere, JBoss, or Liberty is advantageous

• Knowledge of microservices is beneficial

• Experience with SOA architecture is a plus

• CI/CD experience is preferred

• Knowledge of CICS, MQ Series, and ISO 8583 is a plus

• Experience with financial systems is advantageous

• Familiarity with MUMPS, Delphi, or PowerBuilder is a plus

• Strong analytical skills, effective communication, teamwork, organizational skills, proactivity, problem-solving abilities, technical independence, and a commitment to software quality
