Analyst – The Climate Accelerator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive planning and execution of accelerator programs for both early-stage and mature-stage startups.

• Facilitate application procedures, onboarding of startups, and the establishment of program timelines.

• Coordinate mentor pairings, schedule sessions, and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person activities.

• Maintain dashboards and tracking systems for cohort engagement, communication, and deliverables.

• Act as the main point of contact for selected startups.

• Perform regular check-ins and gather feedback to enhance program delivery.

• Aid in the identification and onboarding of mentors, speakers, and ecosystem experts.

• Work in conjunction with the marketing team to create content for program presentations, newsletters, and social media channels.

• Contribute to impact assessments, startup case studies, and knowledge resources.

• Assist with outreach efforts aimed at recruiting startups across South Asia.

• Conduct market analyses and secondary research to discover promising startups, ecosystem trends, and innovation opportunities.

• Help manage event run-of-show and provide operational support both on-site and off-site.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and service providers.

• Support the preparation of event materials, logistics planning, participant communication, documentation, and post-event reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Development Studies, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in program coordination, startup support, consulting, or sustainability projects.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• A genuine passion for climate technology, entrepreneurship, and the innovation landscape of South Asia.
