Analyst, Technology Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provides timely and high-quality contributions to the development of solutions for projects focused on service delivery, managed services, or implementation for clients.

• Assists in reviewing and analyzing client requirements or issues.

• Develops detailed documentation and specifications.

• Conducts basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify problems and propose BI solutions.

• Creates database models and tabular cubes that connect to dashboards developed in Power BI.

• Gains a foundational understanding of services, consulting methodologies, and the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.

• Begins to develop awareness and understanding of IQVIA's technological solutions.

• Project responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals.

• Contributes to achieving customer satisfaction objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required).

• 1 to 3 years of related work experience (required).

• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server: model building, tabular cubes, and ETLs (required).

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI (required).

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other teams in the organization to achieve common goals.

• Knowledge and understanding of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the impact of internal and external factors on decision-making, growth, and decline.

• Familiarity with methods, tools, and consulting techniques within the functional area.

• Awareness of current events and industry developments, as well as key competitors.

• Understanding of the market.

• Knowledge of professional/commercial associations, key thought leaders, and relevant companies in the sector.
