Analyst – Responsible End Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the REM Self-Attestation and Verification process.

• Engage with recyclers, brokers, and MRFs to gather necessary documentation and reporting data.

• Evaluate absent data, oversee follow-ups, and address compliance concerns.

• Manage and categorize submissions to the REM Support inbox.

• Support audits involving external certification organizations.

• Keep REM records current and conduct data quality assessments.

• Facilitate corrections and provide insights on enhancements to the REM database.

• Aid in testing and quality assurance during product updates.

• Maintain dashboards that track REM certification status, end-market volumes, and essential KPIs.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual REM reports and assist with data validation.

• Derive insights from data to bolster decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with the Material Services team to quantify and target the impact of facility investments.

• Perform additional job-related duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Office 365, databases, CRM/workflow tools, and Power BI dashboards.

• Experience with Salesforce and software product management is advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, corporate sustainability, compliance, operations, or environmental/recycling systems.

• Familiarity with recycling systems, manufacturing processes, third-party certification, and supply chain documentation is preferred.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to manage documentation at scale and uphold clean data governance.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability.
