Analyst – Responsible End Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the REM Self‑Attestation and Verification process.

• Reach out to recyclers, brokers, and MRFs to gather necessary documentation and reporting data.

• Evaluate missing data, manage follow-ups, and escalate compliance issues as needed.

• Manage and prioritize submissions to the REM Support inbox.

• Aid in the coordination of audits with external certification bodies.

• Keep REM records current, conduct data quality assessments, and oversee necessary corrections.

• Offer insights for improvements to REM database products.

• Assist in testing and quality assurance during product updates.

• Maintain dashboards that track REM certification status, end market volumes, and essential KPIs.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual REM reports and assist with data validation.

• Derive insights from data to inform decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with the Material Services team to assess and target the impact of facility investments.

• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

• Work in partnership with Data & Analytics, Technical Services, Material Services, and State teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and traceable end market processes.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager, Responsible End Markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, corporate sustainability, compliance, operations, or environmental/recycling systems.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.

• Capability to manage documentation on a large scale and uphold clean data governance.

• Familiarity with recycling systems, manufacturing processes, third-party certification, and supply chain documentation is preferred.

• Proficient in Office 365, databases, CRM/workflow tools, and PowerBI dashboards.

• Experience with Salesforce and software product management is advantageous.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
