Analyst, Remarketing Enhancement – Make Ready

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain recurring reports and dashboards for enhancement volume, cycle time, aging, completion status, and exceptions.

• Set baseline metrics and monitor trends to provide visibility for leadership and support decision-making.

• Evaluate internal versus vendor costs while tracking vendor utilization and SLA performance.

• Detect cost variances and identify opportunities to enhance margin, pricing discipline, and vendor efficiency.

• Document enhancement and make-ready workflows, assisting in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Support pilot programs and rollouts by validating data, tracking issues, and aiding in the development of training materials.

• Recognize operational bottlenecks, recurring errors, and inefficiencies in enhancement execution and billing processes.

• Provide data-driven recommendations for improvements in processes, policies, or systems.

• Prepare analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership updates, operational reviews, and planning sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required.

• Lean / Six Sigma, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

• Over 3 years of experience in an analyst, operations support, business analytics, or process improvement role.
