This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement Glow’s global analyst relations strategy targeting key cybersecurity research and advisory firms.
• Foster relationships with analysts from Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Omdia, Enterprise Strategy Group, and other prominent cybersecurity research organizations.
• Manage analyst briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, evaluations, and ongoing relationship oversight.
• Identify key analysts, research topics, reports, and market segments critical to Glow’s growth.
• Create narratives and briefing materials that effectively communicate Glow’s vision, product differentiation, customer value, and market potential.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Communications, and executive leadership for consistent positioning within the analyst community.
• Prepare executives and subject-matter experts for discussions, presentations, and evaluations with analysts.
• Oversee participation in analyst research, including market evaluations, reports, surveys, and discussions on emerging categories.
• Integrate analyst feedback and market insights into Glow to guide product strategy, positioning, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market decisions.
• Monitor analyst sentiment, relationships, coverage, and the effectiveness of the program.
• Identify opportunities for analyst research and validation that support sales discussions and enhance customer and prospect credibility.
• Enhance the broader cybersecurity market's understanding of Glow and its emerging category.
• 5-7 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferably within cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and the analysts and research firms that influence enterprise security buyers.
• Established relationships with cybersecurity analysts are highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing relationships and research processes with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar analysts.
• Capability to translate highly technical products into clear and compelling market narratives.
• Strong executive presence and experience preparing senior leaders for crucial analyst discussions.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Robust understanding of positioning, competitive intelligence, category creation, and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities shift and processes need to be established.
• Highly collaborative, strategic, organized, and adept at developing long-term strategies while managing details effectively.
