πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Analyze and present business trends and outcomes to uncover opportunities for improvement and solutions for clients and the sales organization.

β€’ Collaborate with both internal and external clients to drive results associated with distribution metrics and reporting needs.

β€’ Engage with sales and customers to identify, prioritize, monitor, and manage projects and key performance indicators (KPIs).

β€’ Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with customers, sales teams, and vendors.

β€’ Lead or take part in customer meetings, including value analysis committees.

β€’ Consult with vendors regarding products, pricing, and terms; relay findings to customer procurement representatives.

β€’ Assess pricing and inventory KPI trends, efficiencies, and overall effectiveness.

β€’ Oversee contract terms, assist with brand transitions, and track savings and projects.

β€’ Prepare presentations on project progress, business outcomes, and committee results.

β€’ Examine pricing discrepancies and ensure that new pricing guidelines are reviewed and approved.

β€’ Address inventory surplus, backorder, and outstanding invoice challenges with internal teams.

β€’ Facilitate weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.

β€’ Work in conjunction with Sales, IS, and Finance to develop and sustain reporting requirements and ensure accurate, timely data systems.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis and support OR a High School Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in sales analysis and support.

β€’ Proven experience in developing and delivering presentations to diverse audience levels both within and outside the organization.

β€’ Experience in analyzing and reporting data to pinpoint issues, trends, or exceptions, driving improvements and solutions.

β€’ Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals across all organizational levels, within the business community, and with vendors.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.

β€’ Willingness to travel for business-related purposes.

β€’ Preferred: Prior analytics experience within the healthcare sector.

β€’ Preferred: Previous experience in inventory or supply chain analytics.

β€’ Preferred: Experience in providing training and developing process documentation or user manuals.
