Analyst, Pet/Vet Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of analytical procedures for selecting veterinary hospital sites by utilizing predictive models, demographic information, and performance scorecards.

• Assess and rank potential hospital locations according to priority.

• Provide data-driven insights and valuation metrics for clinic acquisitions, partner integrations, and presentations to the executive real estate committee.

• Examine customer datasets to evaluate appointment utilization, service frequency, and cross-category attach rates.

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop operational and financial forecasts.

• Analyze pricing strategies, promotions, and service bundles to enhance customer lifetime value and unit economics.

• Extract, cleanse, and model data from veterinary management systems/EHR, POS, CRM, and cloud-based data warehouses.

• Create and implement statistical models, clustering algorithms, and test-and-learn methodologies.

• Work with Enterprise Data Science to tailor machine learning models for clinical and service operations.

• Design, automate, and sustain interactive business intelligence dashboards that monitor operational KPIs, clinic throughput, and customer satisfaction.

• Convert quantitative findings into visual reports and executive presentations suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in business analytics, data science, or strategic consulting.

• Proficient in SQL with practical experience in cloud environments such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS.

• Skilled in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation tasks.

• Expertise in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Strong abilities in presentation design.

• Solid business insight and capability to navigate ambiguous challenges.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in cross-border and multi-disciplinary teams.
