Analyst – Model Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in auditing financial models, ensuring precision and adherence to client demands and industry regulations.

• Utilize software verification and parallel model development to pinpoint modeling inaccuracies.

• Assume responsibility for designated projects and assignments.

• Contribute to the development of financial modeling methodologies and tools.

• Create model documentation that outlines assumptions, methodologies, and outcomes.

• Keep records of modeling processes and methodologies.

• Aid in formulating project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Work collaboratively with team members on various assignments.

• Present model findings and insights to both clients and internal teams.

• Clarify intricate financial model issues for stakeholders lacking technical expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a financial analysis role within a recognized advisory firm or a large corporate environment.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Knowledge of Project Finance concepts.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

• A solid foundation in constructing and managing financial models using Excel.

• Degree qualified in a quantitative field.

• Familiarity with the FAST financial modeling standard is preferred.

• A postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is an advantage.
