📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete lifecycle of bank account management, which includes the initiation of new accounts, upkeep of existing accounts, and the execution of account closures with global banking partners.

• Implement user access provisioning and de-provisioning for banking platforms, ensuring that proper controls and audit trails are consistently maintained.

• Conduct KYC reviews and collect documentation to meet the requirements set by banking partners and regulatory mandates.

• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure that banking operations are in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Assist in the documentation of processes and improvement initiatives to enhance Treasury Operations workflows as Coinbase expands its banking presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in treasury operations, banking operations, or financial operations with direct experience in bank account management.

• Proven experience in executing KYC documentation processes and managing the requirements of banking partners.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee user access controls across financial platforms while maintaining a strong focus on audit and compliance standards.

• Knowledge of banking regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks relevant to account management.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and facilitate measurable enhancements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
