Analyst II – Product, Promotional Items

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in formulating the strategy for institutional and seasonal packaging.

• Create and oversee the gifting strategy for AON.

• Supervise the logistics chain while managing operational costs and P&L implications with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Aid in developing the uniform strategy for the sales team.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including reports and evaluations of inventory and performance.

• Organize and coordinate 360-degree deliverables in collaboration with the Gifts, Branding, PR, Social Media, Media, and Commercial teams.

• Prepare presentations for executive audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel for in-person validations and field visits.

• Strong capability in creating executive-level presentations.

• Expertise in data analysis and generating insights.

• Highly adaptable individual, ready to manage shifts in direction and resolve conflicts effectively.
