📋 Description

• Conduct research on market data, salary data aggregators, and published salary surveys to support market job pricing and produce market composites and recommendations.

• Evaluate market composites from various pricing sources to enhance client recommendations.

• Assess clients' financial and compensation data against market trends utilizing Excel modeling capabilities.

• Employ and audit financial models and internal efficiency tools.

• Aid in the development of high-quality client reports utilizing PowerPoint, formatted tables, and data from Excel.

• Review compensation programs across various industries and document the current state along with key insights.

• Complete annual compensation surveys for clients to uphold the survey library.

• Document tasks, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for project plans.

• Create data requests and oversee client fulfillment intake and analyses.

• Prepare meeting agendas under the guidance of senior consultants.

• Execute responsibilities in alignment with company policies and relevant federal, state, and local laws.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in a corporate environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker capable of narrating a story through data.

• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy, and working independently to achieve effective outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Proven customer service skills.
