This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the processes of account assignment, territory alignment, and coverage planning for both sales and post-sale teams.
• Evaluate GTM performance metrics such as bookings, renewals, pipeline, productivity, territory coverage, capacity, and other crucial business indicators.
• Create and sustain regular reporting and analyses for GTM leadership.
• Examine performance across sectors, products, teams, territories, and sales motions to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Aid in the annual and in-year planning activities related to territory, capacity, and quotas.
• Contribute to analyses supporting market segmentation, account coverage, renewal performance, and land-and-expand strategies.
• Convert data and analysis into concise takeaways, recommendations, and presentations for GTM leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Enablement, and sector leadership on ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the evaluation of pricing performance, including discounting, deal patterns, product mix, and other commercial metrics.
• Support analyses related to pricing and packaging for both existing and new offerings.
• Facilitate pricing and deal governance processes, which encompass discount guardrails, approval workflows, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing commercial processes through data and analysis.
• Support the design of annual and in-year compensation and incentive structures.
• Ensure the hygiene of compensation plan documentation, including crediting rules, exceptions governance, and policy inputs.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 2 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, sales/revenue operations, FP&A, consulting, finance, business operations, or a related analytical role.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work with large datasets and discern meaningful trends and insights.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Access, or BI/reporting platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to transform quantitative analysis into clear business insights and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and produce high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with a readiness to ask questions, explore new areas of the business, and gradually take on more responsibility.
