This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of implementing new process flows, rule modifications, and logic updates within the third-party decision engine (e.g., Taktile).

• Conduct testing for new decision parameters and A/B tests to ensure precision prior to full rollout.

• Perform historical what-if simulations using past observations within the decision engine.

• Ensure data integrity and stability by validating data flows between third-party vendors and internal core applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Pricing, Risk, etc.) to gather and document requirements for process enhancements.

• Assist in maintaining documentation related to business processes concerning decision logic, A/B testing specifications, and more.

• Work in close partnership with technology and engineering teams to guarantee that decision engine process flows align with the Company’s core applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an analytical and product support role, ideally within the FinTech sector, lending, or a rapidly expanding financial services environment.

• Required direct experience in working with and optimizing a decision engine (e.g., Taktile, FICO Blaze, Provenir, Lendflow, GDS Link, or similar complex rules/scoring engines).

• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel is mandatory.

• Familiarity with lending lifecycles (MCA, SMB, or Credit) or logic/rules engines is preferred but not essential.

• A proven track record of troubleshooting intricate data issues and a willingness to learn about technical systems.

• Must be coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a high-growth environment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline is required.
