Analyst, Data Reconciliation – Root Cause

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide support to the organization by ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate execution of data-related projects.

• Take the lead on complex Customer Hierarchy initiatives by collecting and integrating substantial amounts of data from various sources.

• Conduct data analysis, interpret the results, and generate actionable insights and recommendations for appropriate Customer Hierarchy configurations.

• Oversee the maintenance, analysis, and resolution of data initiative challenges, implementing revisions in accordance with internal and customer standards as well as published data protocols.

• Receive, organize, and carry out data projects efficiently.

• Extract and compare reports from CRM and other systems.

• Analyze data for business partners, pinpoint and escalate technical/system issues, and relay results and progress to stakeholders.

• Accurately execute pre-billing data correction requests within designated service level agreements (SLAs).

• Manage extensive pricing reconciliation projects to ensure system values align with contracted values.

• Support essential data controls to identify and address inaccuracies in system data, thereby mitigating impacts on customers and the organization.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities through root cause analysis of data projects and the creation of initiatives to eliminate factors affecting data stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree with a focus on business or communication, or equivalent experience in a related field.

• 4 years of experience in data analysis.

• Proficient in gathering and integrating large data sets from multiple sources.

• Skilled in performing comprehensive data analysis, interpreting results, and formulating actionable insights and recommendations.

• Capable of extracting and comparing reports from CRM and other systems.

• Ability to identify and escalate technical/system issues effectively.

• Proficient in executing pre-billing data corrections accurately within targeted SLAs.

• Experience managing pricing reconciliation projects utilizing system extracts and business acumen.

• Competent in conducting root cause analysis.

• Possession of a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative, or willingness to obtain one.
