Analyst, CXO Value Economics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to create tailored Business Value Assessments (BVAs) and return on investment (ROI) analyses.

• Collect and evaluate customer operational and financial information.

• Model total cost of ownership (TCO), risk mitigation, productivity enhancements, and efficiency gains.

• Work alongside sales engineers, solution architects, product teams, and customer success personnel.

• Synchronize value models with both technical and business outcomes.

• Deliver insights and recommendations to senior executives, both internally and externally.

• Generate board-ready materials that elevate conversations from features to financial implications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, value engineering, or strategic pre-sales positions within a SaaS or cybersecurity organization.

• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Experience in developing ROI/TCO analyses.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable engaging with senior executives.

• Knowledge of data security, risk, or compliance environments (GRC, privacy, cloud security preferred).

• Strong collaboration and project management capabilities across cross-functional teams.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to precision.

• Experience working directly with CISOs, CIOs, or CFOs on technology investments (preferred).

• Familiarity with enterprise software value frameworks such as Forrester TEI, Gartner Value Framework, or proprietary methodologies (preferred).

• Willingness to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
