📋 Description

• Act as subject matter experts for designated projects and assist in the creation and execution of client deliverables.

• Utilize analytical skills to extract valuable insights and address intricate client challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with senior consultants and international teams.

• Independently gather information through secondary research utilizing internal databases, published materials, payer/HTA websites, and industry resources.

• Create discussion guides, screeners, and stimuli for primary research involving payers, KOLs, and patient groups.

• Engage in and, when fully proficient, autonomously conduct primary research interviews with global healthcare stakeholders.

• Execute desk-based research to answer critical client inquiries.

• Develop client-ready presentations featuring a clear analytical framework, compelling narratives, and actionable insights.

• Carry out quantitative and qualitative analyses that support recommendations on launch pricing, market access strategy, and value communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Health Economics, Economics, Engineering, or an MBA from a recognized institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in consulting, pharma market access, HEOR, competitive intelligence, or healthcare and life sciences research.

• A strong motivation to learn and develop quickly in a global consulting setting.

• A genuine enthusiasm for the healthcare and life sciences sector.

• Exceptional research capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in detailed, dynamic, and cross-cultural environments.
