Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge and utilize Ebiquity's proprietary tools and technologies.

• Understand the structures, taxonomy, and terminology related to client media data.

• Familiarize yourself with media terminology, methodologies, and guidelines for performance measurement solutions.

• Gather, verify quality, and process client media data from media agencies, buying platforms, and ad verification systems.

• Accurately visualize performance results.

• Assist in performance analysis using Excel, following clear guidance and instructions.

• Coordinate with media agencies to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data.

• Utilize project management tools to communicate task completion in alignment with client project timelines.

• Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure the high-quality execution of client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English; both spoken and written communication skills are essential for daily interactions.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to swiftly comprehend data.

• Eagerness to learn and utilize new tools and technologies.

• Capable of structuring and completing tasks confidently and accurately within deadlines while managing multiple client projects concurrently.

• Highly self-motivated, able to work remotely efficiently, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, a "can-do" attitude, and a great team spirit.

• Proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables and formulas), PowerPoint, and/or Power BI.

• Educational background in economics, computer science, information systems, business analytics, media and advertising, marketing, or a related field.

• Interest in the media and advertising industry.

• Familiarity with the media ecosystem through experience in media planning, media buying, ad operations, or similar roles is advantageous.

• Geographic Location: Spain.
