Analista, Disputas y Contracargos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage disputes and chargebacks using proprietary tools and franchise systems, including VROL-MASTERCOM.

• Analyze merchants facing disputes and chargebacks to identify risks of unrecognized transactions, high dispute levels, and risky behaviors.

• Implement specific procedures such as calls, merchant follow-ups, and visit requests.

• Assist in the review and analysis of anti-fraud measures, rules, and other criteria.

• Establish new criteria for the company's anti-fraud measures as an acquirer.

• Support the continuous improvement of internal dispute and chargeback management systems.

• Investigate specific customer chargeback cases and enhance the fraud management program.

• Analyze disputed transactions to determine whether to process or cancel a chargeback.

• Process chargebacks in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and franchise rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technologist, student, or professional in administrative fields.

• Experience in financial entities, Fintech, or startups as a Chargeback and Disputes Analyst.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the disputes system of credit/debit card brands.

• Customer service experience, including calls to merchants and/or cardholders.

• Basic knowledge of dispute processes and banking operations.

• Familiarity with debit and credit payment methods.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Availability to work remotely in Bogotá and surrounding areas, Cundinamarca, Colombia.
