This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend client objectives and translate them into metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.

• Develop reports and dashboards in Looqbox utilizing Python and SQL, ensuring standardization and performance.

• Implement and manage AI agents focused on data.

• Conduct exploratory and ad hoc analyses, including cohorts, funnels, segmentations, performance variations, and root cause analysis.

• Create and maintain the semantic layer of metrics, encompassing definitions, business rules, dimensions, and documentation.

• Prepare clear and actionable visualizations and recommendations using data storytelling.

• Monitor tool adoption and client health through indicators; suggest product and usage improvements.

• Perform troubleshooting and research to resolve data, query, and performance issues.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and client stakeholders; participate in meetings as needed.

• Promote best practices in data visualization and report standardization.

• Support simple experiments, such as A/B testing, hypothesis generation, and result interpretation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Python (pandas, numpy; notebooks) and SQL (queries, basic optimization).

• Technical autonomy suitable for a mid-level professional.

• Good programming practices: version control, documentation, and refactoring.

• Descriptive statistics and basic inferential concepts: distributions, confidence intervals, and basic hypothesis testing.

• Data visualization and storytelling, adhering to best practices and ensuring clarity in communication.

• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Ability to translate business questions into analyses and assess risks and alternatives.

• Plus: experience as a client focal point or in consulting.

• Plus: code and query optimization and modeling for analytics, including dimensional modeling and semantic layers.

• Plus: knowledge of serviced sectors, such as retail, shopping, pharmaceuticals, and construction, along with domain metrics.

• Plus: experience in creating and maintaining data pipelines.

• Plus: orchestration/ETL tools, such as Airflow, and version control tools like Git.

• Plus: experience with non-relational databases.

• Plus: experience with AI tools.
