Analista de Control de Gastos de Telecomunicaciones / Analista TEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Assist in the administrative management of suppliers

• Manage purchase orders

• Monitor invoicing

• Input and validate expenses

• Perform other functions related to the area

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher-level technician in finance, accounting, administration, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance performing duties relevant to the position

• Previous experience in IT areas and in TEM (Telecom Expense Management / Control and Audit of Telecommunications Expenses)

• Experience in budget management

• Experience in managing purchase orders

• Supplier management with a high billing level

• Intermediate Excel skills

• User-level knowledge of Oracle ERP (purchase order and supplier management)

• Intermediate English is desirable

• Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
