Analista de Compliance Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute IT General Controls (ITGC) tests and Quality Management System (QMS) controls.

• Validate controls related to access management, change management, information security, and IT operations.

• Support internal and external audits by collecting and validating evidence.

• Monitor action plans and the remediation of non-compliances.

• Prepare compliance reports and indicators.

• Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Audit, and Compliance teams to enhance processes.

• Ensure IT processes comply with internal policies, standards, and market frameworks.

• Support audits, validate evidence, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, or IT General Controls (ITGC).

• Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITGC, and ISP.

• Experience with control testing, evidence management, and audits.

• Familiarity with Access Management (IAM) controls.

• Familiarity with Change Management controls.

• Familiarity with Information Security controls.

• Familiarity with Continuity and Resilience controls.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are advantageous.

• Knowledge of GRC, Splunk, evidence management tools, Vulnerability Management, and Power BI is a plus.
