Ambassador Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary daily contact for designated ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners.

• Oversee regular communication, foster relationship development, provide feedback, and manage performance-focused partnerships.

• Monitor partner deliverables, campaign activities, promotional requirements, and posting timelines.

• Ensure that partners adhere to contractual commitments, established processes, and best practices in ambassador management.

• Evaluate partner content in real-time across relevant platforms.

• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns tailored for partner audiences.

• Prepare monthly performance reports for each partner.

• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams on activation, retention, reactivation, and promotional initiatives.

• Brief partners, request content, and gather necessary content assets.

• Conduct end-of-month reviews of partner invoices based on completed deliverables.

• Identify any missed or incomplete contractual obligations and report to management.

• Assist in partner renewal discussions, onboarding procedures, and the launch of new ambassadors.

• Mentor and support Junior Ambassador Managers.

• Analyze high-performing creator content, promotional formats, and audience engagement trends.

• Strong comprehension of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics.

• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with influencers, streamers, ambassadors, or creators from onboarding through monthly execution.

• Outstanding project management and organizational abilities.

• Proven capability to handle multiple complex deliverables, schedules, and campaign activities concurrently.

• High level of precision in auditing partner content and confirming promotional compliance.

• Proficient in tracking deliverables and accurately reviewing monthly invoices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Natural talent or experience in guiding, mentoring, and supporting junior team members.

• Competence in analyzing campaign activities and audience engagement metrics.

• Ability to optimize partner content and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
