This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage product listings within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

• Address and resolve issues related to suppressed listings, detail page errors, stranded inventory, and variation discrepancies.

• Develop, revise, and enhance titles, bullet points, and product descriptions in accordance with Amazon's guidelines.

• Construct and manage parent-child variations effectively.

• Upload flat files and bulk templates for catalog updates and extensive modifications.

• Collaborate with Amazon Support and Brand Registry to handle cases, resolve listing disputes, and uphold brand content integrity.

• Execute detail page audits to improve content, ensure compliance, and optimize conversion rates.

• Upload and oversee compliant product images.

• Track and report on catalog health, listing performance, and resolution status of issues.

• Maintain sales trackers and internal reports.

• Deliver task-specific services in line with agreed-upon timelines, guidelines, and documented deliverables.

• Report to a designated point of contact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Amazon Vendor Central.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues related to Amazon catalog and listings.

• Practical experience with flat files and bulk uploads.

• Strong grasp of variation relationships and catalog organization.

• Experience in managing cases with Amazon Support and Brand Registry.

• Knowledge of Amazon listing guidelines, compliance regulations, and best practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple listings and priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes.

• Skilled in using Google Tools (Gmail, Tasks, Keep Notes, Google Sheets).

• Experience with catalog audits and SEO-focused content optimization is preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document issues and solutions is preferred.

• Experience in an agency or multi-brand setting is advantageous.

• Preference for English language proficiency; neutral accent is preferred.

• Availability for 40 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday.

• Must operate as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
