Alliance Manager – Personalized Healthcare Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for designated strategic partners and drive collaborative business goals.

• Oversee the initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance of contracts for revenue-generating initiatives.

• Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and governance activities related to alliances.

• Monitor the health of alliances, including deliverables, risks, and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Identify avenues for account growth and revenue enhancement.

• Address partner concerns and collaborate with the R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Alliance Management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Conga is preferred.

• CA-AM or CSAP certification is preferred.
