Alerts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and manage alert transactions within the client's Payment Service Provider (PSP) system.

• Process refunds for transactions deemed eligible for reimbursement.

• Terminate active subscriptions linked to alert transactions.

• Record transactions related to chargebacks, unlocated transactions, declines, cancellations, and merchant-initiated refunds in the alert credit sheet.

• Collaborate with merchants to enroll them in the service, address issues, and provide reporting updates.

• Propose innovative strategies to improve and optimize the alert management process.

• Communicate efficiently with both merchants and the Head of Alerts.

• Proficient in English - Required.

• Experience with chargebacks - Required.

• Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets - Required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing transaction information.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and resolve transaction-related challenges.

• Ability to thrive in a large-scale, fast-paced environment while upholding high standards.

• Customer service experience - Significant Advantage.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays.

• Must have a personal computer with reliable internet access, including backup internet and battery solutions.

• Experience working with payment processors like Stripe and Shopify - Advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills with merchants and the Head of Alerts.
