AIS Engineer – Google Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to enterprise clients on initiatives for digital transformation and the adoption of cloud technologies.

• Formulate strategies for application, data, and solution modernization utilizing Google Cloud Platform.

• Create and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions.

• Develop solutions utilizing Vertex AI, the Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agent Engine, and LangChain.

• Design intelligent workflows and architectures for multi-agent systems.

• Assist with Machine Learning efforts, including feature engineering, data validation, and monitoring of models.

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients.

• Facilitate technical, strategic, and executive workshops.

• Identify business requirements and convert them into technical architectures and solutions.

• Aid clients in establishing strategic roadmaps for the adoption of Google Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.

• Collaborate with sales teams to detect and assess new business opportunities.

• Contribute to the creation and presentation of value propositions, innovative solutions, and business cases.

• Assist clients in defining criteria for project success and key performance indicators.

• Provide insights into cloud consumption, solution adoption, and outcomes achieved.

• Validate the technical and business benefits derived from implemented solutions.

• Engage with multinational clients, global teams, and diverse cultural environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Practical experience with Vertex AI.

• Familiarity with Google Agentspace.

• Background in cloud solution architecture.

• Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Knowledge of Agentic AI and the implementation of intelligent agents.

• Proficiency with the Agent Development Kit (ADK).

• Experience with the Agent Engine.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar frameworks.

• Understanding of multi-agent systems.

• Experience in building agentic workflows.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning principles.

• Familiarity with feature engineering and feature definition.

• Understanding of data validation processes.

• Experience with model monitoring.

• Knowledge of feature store management.

• Experience with model lifecycle management.

• Strong consulting experience or direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven track record in digital transformation and cloud adoption initiatives.

• Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise-level clients.

• Background in enterprise environments.

• Ability to conduct executive workshops.

• Capability to identify business opportunities.

• Experience in developing strategic roadmaps.

• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in Spanish.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
