Airline Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform market research, analyze properties, and manage market RFPs for crew accommodations.

• Negotiate terms and rates for crew, DPAX, and URA hotels and transportation services.

• Finalize contracts for DPAX hotels, transportation, and URAs.

• Monitor market trends for price fluctuations and identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Create pricing comparisons and evaluate final hotel and transportation options.

• Generate market intelligence reports for smaller cities.

• Discover opportunities for savings and revenue generation in various markets.

• Assess hotels and transportation vendors according to client specifications.

• Prepare, present, and deliver all necessary documentation.

• Engage in product development by providing feedback and user insights.

• Comprehend client operations and accommodation needs.

• Build relationships with hotel and transportation providers.

• Coordinate with Account Management to ensure business placement.

• Negotiate and finalize fee agreements as necessary.

• Keep abreast of hotel brands and management companies.

• Travel to conduct hotel site visits as required.

• Report to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and work collaboratively with various teams and departments.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to fostering partnerships.

• Outstanding time management, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.

• Proficient negotiation skills.

• Strong financial insight and meticulous attention to detail.

• High-level expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom.

• Willingness to quickly learn new platforms and tools.

• Must be based in Germany.
