Air Source Heat Pump Service and Repair Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular service and maintenance visits for Air Source Heat Pumps, Unvented hot water cylinders, and other system components.

• Execute scheduled and on-demand repairs for Air Source Heat Pumps and Unvented hot water cylinders.

• Diagnose issues, repair, and replace system components such as Unvented hot water cylinders, radiators, pumps, manifolds, buffer vessels, zone valves, and programmers.

• Provide outstanding customer service.

• Assist Aira customers in maximizing the benefits of their Clean Energy heating system.

• Collaborate as part of Aira's nationwide network of Technicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent).

• WRAS qualifications.

• Unvented hot water qualifications (Part G).

• Gas qualifications.

• Experience in diagnosing faults, servicing, and repairing central heating systems (Gas or Renewables).

• Familiarity with the installation of hot water cylinders and radiators.

• Prior experience with Air Source Heat Pumps is not mandatory.

• NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent) is a plus.

• Level 3 heat pump system design knowledge would be advantageous.

• F-Gas Category 1 certification would be beneficial.
