AI/ML Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Define the long-term vision for innovative immersive products and establish their unique market differentiation.

• Lead product discovery processes to confirm product-market alignment.

• Create value propositions for new products tailored to various customer segments.

• Own and oversee a cross-platform product roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify challenges and support solution design, delivery, and iteration.

• Identify and validate new opportunities to enhance product impact.

• Develop new products from the ground up for a leading VR video streaming company.

• Act as a center of expertise for both development and business teams.

• Guide multiple development teams towards achieving product objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2C products (RecSys, Apps).

• Familiarity with ML-based systems, including recommendation engines, personalization, or data-driven products.

• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex technical products.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively engage CxO-level stakeholders.

• Proven customer-centric mindset with the capability to convert user challenges into product opportunities.

• Proficiency in navigating both the discovery and delivery phases of product development.

• Leadership qualities that motivate and guide multiple development teams towards reaching product goals.

• Proficient in English and Russian.

• 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience (Backend, ML, DevOps Engineer or related) is a plus.

• Experience with streaming platforms is an added advantage.

• Advanced SQL skills are a bonus.

• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.

• For B2B only: must work as an independent contractor with a registered legal entity.
