AI Workforce Enablement Consultant – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Develop and steer the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven workflow and role transformations.

• Create and implement enablement initiatives that promote authentic adoption.

• Prepare managers to effectively guide their teams through transitions, including readiness, support, and challenging discussions.

• Convert restructured workflows into explicit role expectations, required skills, and enablement strategies.

• Create practical toolkits, engaging learning experiences, and resources for managers.

• Provide advice and facilitate collaboration among Talent, HR, and AI teams.

• Assess progress using indicators of behavior change, readiness, and areas of friction.

• Continuously enhance the strategy based on feedback from employees and managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or change execution on the talent side.

• Proven success in driving genuine behavior change, beyond merely providing training or communications.

• Proficient in navigating HR/Talent systems, including role design, skills development, learning, and performance management.

• Demonstrated strong judgment, independence, and ability to follow through in dynamic environments.

• Skilled at identifying resistance and adapting facilitation and support accordingly.

• Possess practical curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-enhanced working methods.

• An engineering background is not necessary.

• A consultant's mindset focused on creating functional solutions that people will adopt and continue using.

• Exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn as roles and workflows evolve.
