AI Workflow Automation, Business Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, implement, document, and sustain business workflow automations using platforms such as Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.

• Convert Chromcraft SOPs and management needs into automated workflows.

• Incorporate authorized AI tools into business processes.

• Create internal AI agents and assistants for tasks like repetitive actions, research, routing, summarization, reporting, and decision support.

• Design workflows that include human-approval checkpoints for sensitive actions.

• Conduct tests for data-quality issues, exceptions, AI inconsistencies, failed steps, duplicate actions, and operational risks.

• Generate documentation for each production workflow.

• Update and enhance workflows as business needs evolve.

• Collaborate with technical specialists when complex ERP/API development is necessary.

• Engage in Zendesk implementation and its ongoing administration.

• Configure and maintain content for the knowledge base, macros, triggers, routing rules, automations, forms, and AI-assisted customer service workflows.

• Implement, test, and enhance Zendesk AI / AI-agent functionalities.

• Assess AI responses for accuracy, escalation logic, warranty/product information, order-related inquiries, and brand tone.

• Identify which customer inquiries require knowledge base answers, live ERP/Shopify data, or human escalation.

• Collaborate with Zendesk, NEXT, and other external technical teams on API or advanced integration tasks.

• Take ownership of ongoing Zendesk workflow maintenance and improvement.

• Develop AI-assisted workflows across Microsoft 365 for reporting, approvals, notifications, document management, and recurring summaries.

• Automate alerts for exceptions, data reviews, document preparation, and repetitive office tasks.

• Standardize internal workflows and minimize manual tasks while maintaining management visibility and approval.

• Coordinate with Amazon/Walmart agencies and marketplace specialists.

• Support approved updates to Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center listings/content, including QA, troubleshooting, and data preparation.

• Ensure that marketplace assets and approved content created by agencies are implemented accurately.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in creating business automations using Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or a comparable workflow platform.

• Strong preference for candidates with significant experience in Make.com.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Microsoft 365 workflows is highly preferred.

• Ability to showcase at least one real workflow that you have personally built or significantly contributed to.

• Practical experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google AI Studio/Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Zendesk or substantial experience in implementing/administering another customer service/ticketing platform.

• Capability to comprehend a manual SOP, identify automation opportunities, define exceptions, and construct reliable workflows.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, or system integrations.

• Strong communication skills in English, troubleshooting capabilities, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.

• Evidence of consistent employment and a genuine interest in a long-term, full-time position.

• Willingness to work with at least 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific Time.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center is a plus.

• Experience in automating workflows across Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams is advantageous.

• Experience in e-commerce operations or ERP-connected workflows is beneficial.

• Basic knowledge of Python or scripting is a plus.

• Experience with AI-generated images/videos is beneficial.

• An interest in furniture, home products, and product design is a plus.
