AI Voice Recording Contributor – Scots

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Read aloud approximately 640 provided text cards and record them precisely as written.

• Generate clear, natural, high-quality speech recordings in accordance with the provided guidelines.

• Use your natural dialect and accent while speaking.

• Ensure that no words are added, omitted, or modified.

• Re-record submissions if requested to meet quality criteria.

• Complete tasks utilizing the internal recording platform.

• Provide voice recordings to aid in the evaluation, research, development, testing, and enhancement of AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Scots (Mid/Central Scots).

• Authentic pronunciation and a strong familiarity with the target dialect or accent from everyday use.

• Advanced level of English to comprehend written instructions.

• Ability to perform a trial voice recording to confirm language variant and accent.

• Contributors must refrain from imitating dialects or accents that are not their own.

• Experience with speech recording projects is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to follow detailed instructions and maintain recording precision.

• A quiet room or recording space with minimal background noise.

• A computer microphone or headset with a microphone.
