This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of and continuously enhance the roadmap for AI-driven enablement initiatives, prioritizing based on field impact, feasibility, and alignment with the broader Enterprise AI team and strategy.
β’ Identify, scope, and implement high-value AI use cases for the field (such as deal support, prospecting, content generation, guided selling, skills, and change management), collaborating with stakeholders to establish success criteria and measure impact.
β’ Cultivate relationships with champions in the field organization to promote power usage and encourage peer-led adoption; monitor this adoption with our AI Ops Specialist and Enablement Analyst.
β’ Develop and execute an operational plan that transforms AI pilots into scalable, repeatable processes, coordinating efforts across enablement, operations, and technical teams to eliminate execution bottlenecks.
β’ Influence and establish governance standards for AI tool adoption in the field, encompassing data usage, risk review, tool vetting, and alignment with company-wide AI policy.
β’ Several years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related go-to-market function, demonstrating a history of managing initiatives from inception to completion.
β’ Direct experience in evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools or solutions in a business context, possessing a robust technical understanding of their functionality and value addition. Serve as the field's primary advocate for AI tools (such as AI-assisted prospecting, call intelligence, forecasting copilots, RFP/proposal generation).
β’ Proven capability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, translating field requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
β’ Ability to operate with considerable autonomy β skilled at defining scope, structuring ambiguous challenges, and progressing work without the need for extensive direction.
β’ Strong project management skills; adept at managing multiple workstreams (roadmap, use cases, operations transformation, governance) simultaneously without overlooking details.
β’ A builderβs mindset towards new technology β curious about possibilities, willing to experiment, and capable of distinguishing between genuine opportunities and hype.
β’ Familiarity with field or sales enablement processes (onboarding, tool adoption, content, coaching) and the realistic ways AI can enhance them.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment, emphasizing transparency and collaboration as outlined in the GitLab Handbook.
