This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and facilitate client sessions that emphasize practical AI applications and drive behavior change.

• Showcase AI outcomes and benefits utilizing clients’ actual projects.

• Modify facilitation techniques to cater to various audience reactions and requirements.

• Act as the main contact for clients between sessions.

• Address client inquiries and promote adoption through asynchronous videos, Slack or Teams communications, and follow-up support.

• Counsel clients on AI strategies, policies, and challenges related to team adoption.

• Manage daily client relationship logistics, with scheduling responsibilities handled by others.

• Keep an updated understanding of relevant AI platforms and their functionalities.

• Identify patterns across clients, adoption obstacles, and session effectiveness to enhance Pragmatico’s methodology.

• Report to Pragmatico’s delivery leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training, teaching, or coaching adults, particularly with executive or senior leadership audiences.

• Proven experience in directly managing client relationships.

• Demonstrable success in transitioning groups from resistance or skepticism to the adoption of new tools, processes, or behaviors.

• Practical experience utilizing AI in a professional setting.

• Comfort in being challenged live by skeptical executives.

• Capability to quickly assess unfamiliar AI tools.

• Travel to client locations is required for a portion of engagements.

• Availability for full-time work.
